Marius Lillelien, NRK at RDE17

WorldDAB speaks to Marius Lillelien, Head of Radio at NRK.

Marius looks at the listener reaction to Norway’s digital switchover, which new stations are the most popular and what lessons can be learnt from Norway’s progress so far.

Marius Lillelien is the radio director in the public service broadcaster NRK. Lillelien started his career as a DJ in local radio in the 80’s. He has been the head of music and station manager in the youth stations NRK P3 and NRK mP3 and been in charge of the development of NRKs digital radio strategy since 2005. He has been the director of radio in NRK since 2009 and is a member of the board in Radiodays Europe.
